What an incredible event and I'd like to thank the staff I had to help out! I also want to say this, you will not find a nicer more down to Earth person than JP. My dearest customers,
As you can see, A Taste of Puerto Rico has been inactive for a few months. There has been a reason for this. On Sunday November 7th, the inspiration and the person who encouraged me and my family to do this, lost her battle with Lung Cancer.
My mother Victoria LaRosa was my biggest supporter and fan and taught me everything I know. I will dearly miss calling her to make sure I added every spice correctly and for the next item I should offer.
My Mother was a person who fed whomever came to her home on Thanksgiving. To honor her this Thanksgiving, we will be feeding the homeless and those in need of meal. It is one of the best ways I know to honor her memory.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this difficult time and want everyone to know we will start booking again soon. Have a blessed day.
